In another story, pupils at Emulele Primary School in Kakamega county were relieved after teacher Malik helped them to treat jiggers infestations in their feet.
Malik learnt about the biting issue from the Finding Solutions Lurambi group and swung into action to help the suffering kids.
He rallied his troops to raise KSh 23,000 for the exercise and asked medical personnel to come to help as well.
