Justin Bieber apologises to Hailey for saying she'd never be on Vogue cover - TheCable Lifestyle
The apology comes shortly after Hailey, 27, graced the cover of the Summer Issue of Vogue.
In an on Tuesday, Justin, 31, shared photos from the magazine feature and reflected on a past argument where he made the now-regretted remark.
The ‘What Do You Mean’ hitmaker said the comment was born out of feeling disrespected and an urge to “get even”.
“This reminds me when Hailey and I got into a huge fight, I told Hails that she would never be on the cover of vogue,” he said.
“Yikes I know, so mean. For some reason because I felt so disrespected, I thought I gotta get even.
“I think as we mature we realize that we’re not helping anything by getting even, we’re honestly just prolonging what we really want which is intimacy and connection.
“So baby you already know, but forgive me for saying you wouldn’t get a vogue cover because clearly I was sadly mistaken.”
Justin and Hailey got married in a private courthouse ceremony in September 2018 before celebrating with a lavish wedding in South Carolina.
The couple their first child together in August 2024.
Over the past few months, the couple has faced public scrutiny, with rumours swirling about their relationship and Justin’s changing appearance.
He, however, addressed those spreading false narratives about his marriage, suggesting that jealousy plays a role in the rumours.
