Texas Roadhouse, our newest Club stock, delivered a strong quarter, though there's some weather-related noise around its current-quarter traffic. It also warned of beef inflation because of tighter projected cattle sizes later this year. Layer in the egg situation, and the agriculture complex is going against the Federal Reserve.

3. Celsius shares are up more than 30% this morning in a short squeeze that may be for real because the energy drink maker is buying a real company, Alani Nu, in a $1.8 billion cash-and-stock deal. The female-focused Alani makes fitness supplements and energy drinks. Morgan Stanley said it could turn Celsius into a "story stock" in the short term.
