James Christian Urbaniak is an American character actor and voice actor. He is known for voicing Dr. Thaddeus "Rusty" Venture on The Venture Bros.. He has also appeared in films, such as American Splendor, Across the Universe, iSteve, The Boxtrolls, Dave Made a Maze, Suicide Squad: Hell to Pay, The Fabelmans, and Oppenheimer. On television, he has appeared in Kidnapped, The Office, Homeland, Teen Wolf, Adventure Time, Supergirl, OK K.O.! Let's Be Heroes, Close Enough, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, The Morning Show, and Better Call Saul. He also has credits in video games, such as Manhunt, Code Name: S.T.E.A.M., and High on Life.

For Disney, he played and/or voiced Rob Robinson in Wizards of Waverly Place, Miles Van Ert in Agent Carter, Ebony Maw in Guardians of the Galaxy, M-OC in LEGO Star Wars: The Freemaker Adventures, and an Art Teacher in Big Hero 6: The Series. He also voiced C2-D4 and various other characters in Star Wars: The Old Republic and RDA in Avatar: The Game.

For ABC, he played Mike Sylva in Scandal and James Miller in Dr. Ken. For Fox, he was Cafe Manager and Sarkissian in Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles and Imp in 9-1-1: Lone Star. For Hulu, he played Roman Soldier in History of the World, Part II.
