James Christian Urbaniak is an American character actor and voice actor. He is known for voicing Dr. Thaddeus "Rusty" Venture on The Venture Bros.. He has also appeared in films, such as American Splendor, Across the Universe, iSteve, The Boxtrolls, Dave Made a Maze, Suicide Squad: Hell to Pay, The Fabelmans, and Oppenheimer. On television, he has appeared in Kidnapped, The Office, Homeland, Teen Wolf, Adventure Time, Supergirl, OK K.O.! Let's Be Heroes, Close Enough, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, The Morning Show, and Better Call Saul. He also has credits in video games, such as Manhunt, Code Name: S.T.E.A.M., and High on Life.
