Senior pastor of Trinity House, Ituah Ighodalo and his daughter Keke lit up the stage with their energetic dance moves during a special praise night held in honour of his late wife, Ibidunni Ighodalo.

The event, which marked the fifth anniversary of Ibidunni’s death, was held on Wednesday night at Trinity House, Zion Centre, Trinity Avenue, Victoria Island, Lagos.

Family, friends and members of the church gathered to celebrate her legacy with music, worship and reflection.

A video shared online on Thursday captured the moment Ituah and Keke danced with joy and energy, as those in attendance watched with amusement. The display highlighted the special bond between father and daughter and drew warm reactions online.

Earlier in the week, the church had posted a line-up of events for the remembrance. The poster read:

“TRINITY HOUSE

FULFILLING GREATNESS”

“WEDNESDAY 11TH JUNE, 2025 5PM
IBIDUNNI – A NIGHT OF PRAISE
TRINITY HOUSE CHOIR & OTHER GUEST MINISTERS”

“SATURDAY 14TH JUNE, 2025 11AM

GUEST MINISTER: PASTOR TONY RAPU”

“SUNDAY 15TH JUNE, 2025 9AM

The remembrance night featured performances by Beejay Sax, Tosin Alao, Efe Nathan, Alabba and others. Among the notable guests present was former Lagos First Lady, Abimbola Fashola.

Ibidunni Ighodalo, who died on June 14, 2020, at age 39, was married to Pastor Ituah from 2007 until her death.

Their union was widely admired, especially for how openly they navigated personal trials together. One of their most known struggles was with infertility, which they shared publicly in the hope of encouraging others.

Though the couple had no biological children, they adopted a daughter and were raising a son.

She died from cardiac arrest in Port Harcourt while on a humanitarian mission to deliver COVID-19 relief supplies. Her sudden death shocked the nation and left a deep void among many.
