Family is a big part of Love on the Spectrum star ’s life – especially his sisters! In Touch rounds up details on David’s siblings, and , and their sweet relationships with each other over the years.

Yes, he is a triplet! David has two sisters, Aubrey and Alison (who goes by Ali). In a 2023 interview with Little Sleepies, David revealed that they were all born “only one minute apart” from each other.

David’s profile on the Geneva Centre for Autism website reveals that he was diagnosed with autism at a very young age after his parents, and Debbie Isaacman, noticed that he “wasn’t speaking like his two sisters.”

“At 4, he was enrolled in the Lovaas program at UCLA and has had many years of speech, occupational therapy and other services to get where he is today,” his profile noted.

David told Little Sleepies that he was too young to understand his diagnosis at the time, but growing up, he noticed different things about himself, like how he would “line up my animal figurines differently than anyone else by organizing them in a straight line.”

“My sisters and most of my classmates never did that,” he added.

On February 18, 2025, David took to his Instagram to share a carousel of photos of himself, his sisters and other family and friends at their joint 30th birthday party.

“I had so much fun with my sisters @alithetriplet and @aubreythetriplet for our 30th birthday this weekend,” he captioned the snapshots. “We got to see lions @theteachingzoomc thanks to @hatsbyabbey and her mom @christineabbeysmom and do a jumanji escape room and even see Vito from my favorite pizza place. That was fun! Thank you everyone for the birthday wishes.”

On April 3, 2025, Alison shared a sweet slideshow of photos of her, David and Aubrey together as kids as she ushered in the start of Autism Acceptance month.

“Being a triplet and a sibling to an autistic brother have been experiences that have come with their own set of challenges, laughter, growth and love,” she captioned the video at the time. “Cheers to embracing and supporting autistic individuals. Acknowledge the joy, the struggles, and the special bond that make every family/individual’s story unique.”

In his interview with Little Sleepies, David shared that he was “very close” with his sisters because of their bond as triplets. As of 2025, they all still live together.

“My sisters and I always go to fun places together. Sometimes, they chauffeur Abbey [Romeo] and I on our dates. I love them!” David gushed of his siblings. “We’re always there for each other.”
