Tap your face gently with light fingers from forehead towards the jaw. Then lightly tap across neck to shoulder, and then back up to the head.
Place your ring finger inside the eyebrows, gently tap your other fingers outside the eyebrows, and then tap your temple, cheekbones, and inner corner of your eyes.
Make a fist and put it under the jaw with your thumb down. Then, stretch your neck towards the fist without moving it and press your jaw towards the hand.
Place your fingertips at the centre of your forehead, then gently press the tips towards your temple, and release them.
Tilt your head back, place the fingers above your neck, and apply gentle pressure and slide down your fingers to the collarbone.
