The New York Red Bulls are kicking off Marvel Super Hero Night, presented by Hackensack Meridian Children’s Health, on Saturday night at Sports Illustrated Stadium.

Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting returns to the Starting XI for New York.

Emil Forsberg, Serge Ngoma and Mohammed Sofo take the pitch for the opening whistle and push the attack.

Sofo scored his fifth MLS goal of the season in New York’s 1-1 draw against Toronto FC on Wednesday. Sofo has now recorded eight goals across all competitions this season, which ranks second in the club. The Ghanaian midfielder has scored a goal in three of his last five MLS appearances.

Peter Stroud also returns to the starting lineup, pairing in the midfield with Felipe Carballo.

This will be the sixth overall regular season meeting between New York and Minnesota, with the series tied with both clubs holding a 2-2-1 mark against the other.

Carlos Coronel starts in goal.

Kyle Duncan, Noah Eile, Sean Nealis and Omar Valencia start along the backline.

The Red Bulls have won their last four home matches at Sports Illustrated Stadium, outscoring their opponents, 14-2, in those matches. New York have acquired 22 points at home this season, which ranks tied for first in MLS with the Columbus Crew.

Off the bench, Head Coach Sandro Schwarz will have Wiktor Bogacz, Wiki Carmona , Ronald Donkor, Raheem Edwards, Dennis Gjengaar, Alexander Hack, Julian Hall, A.J. Marcucci, Tim Parker available.

Daniel Edelman, Cameron Harper and Lewis Morgan are all sidelined with injuries.
