IndiGo adopts Infiniti's GroupRM to streamline group bookings and drive digital efficiency
IndiGo has integrated Infiniti Software Solutions’ GroupRM platform into its operations to enhance group travel management. The cloud-based solution introduces automation, AI-driven pricing, and analytics to accelerate response times and deliver more personalised experiences for large-group travellers. In a strategic move to elevate its group travel segment, IndiGo has partnered with Infiniti Software Solutions to integrate GroupRM, an advanced group revenue management platform. The collaboration is expected to simplify and automate the group booking experience, which is growing in demand across India’s aviation sector.
The cloud-native platform is designed to manage high booking volumes and reduce turnaround time through end-to-end automation. It introduces intelligent workflows, scalable features, and data-backed insights that enable IndiGo to deliver a more streamlined and responsive customer experience for group travellers.
