The exercise brought together units from the Indian Navy, Indian Air Force, Indian Coast Guard, Force One (Maharashtra), and Mumbai Police
The two-day drill aimed to enhance inter-agency coordination, assess readiness levels, and test integrated responses to a range of multi-dimensional security scenarios
Key operations rehearsed during the exercise included coordinated tactical response drills, rapid deployment operations, area sanitisation and threat neutralisation, casualty evacuation procedures, joint command and control simulations
All scenarios were executed under time-bound conditions to replicate high-pressure, real-world environments
This, officials noted, was essential to refining interoperability, streamlining communication, and reinforcing cohesive action among the various services
Senior leadership from all participating agencies oversaw the operations, ensuring standard operating procedures (SOPs) were rigorously tested and adhered to
