As a shopping editor, let’s just say I know a thing or two about finding the best deals.

From the jean styles worth buying to finding the perfect white T-shirt, I’m constantly asked for the best recommendations, both online—and offline.

Fortunately, this also means I’m always in the know when it comes to the best times (and places) to snag a fashion bargain. And if there’s one date you absolutely shouldn’t miss on the shopping calendar (apart from Black Friday), it’s got to be Afterpay Day.

Kicking off from 8am AEST on Thursday, March 20 this year and running until Sunday, March 23, Afterpay Day brings a slew of sales and deals across some of my favourite fashion, beauty, and homewares brands, including up to 70 per cent off The Iconic, Sephora, Cotton On, H&M, Seed Heritage and more.

Still, just because something is on sale doesn’t mean you should suddenly abandon making thoughtful purchases! That’s why I always recommend creating wish lists ahead of time: to avoid over-consumption, buyer’s remorse, and—let’s face it—the dreaded “out-of-stock” notification on that one item you’ve been eyeing for far too long.

What Is Afterpay Day And When Is It?

This bi-annual event offers shoppers the opportunity to score incredible savings, with exclusive deals and discounts across thousands of your favorite online retailers. From fashion and beauty to homewares and beyond, there’s something for everyone.

While hosted by Afterpay, don’t worry—you don’t have to use their service to unlock most of the sales.

Afterpay Day typically occurs twice a year, once in March and again in August. In 2025, the first major sale will kick off on Thursday, March 20, running through to Sunday, March 23. And because we all know some brands can’t resist launching their deals early, be sure to bookmark this page to stay ahead of the curve and snag those early-bird offers.
