The pro-Palestinian demonstration came ahead of a ceasefire in Gaza between Israel and Hamas which is set to take effect at 6.30am UK time on Sunday, to pause the fighting and see the release of dozens of hostages held by militants, as well as hundreds of Palestinians imprisoned by Israel.
