What you show is the Screen Time app usage statistics.

The shortcuts app cannot run any malware as there is no known malware that can affect an iPhone.

Also, unless you are a high profile figure, politician, journalist, artist etc. with a high value for hacking, you simply aren't worth the time, large amount of money, expertise and specialized equipment required to hack an iPhone remotely, so its highly improbable you were actually hacked.

All your screen shots indicate is apps being used and for how long. The only odd one out all of these is the Wallet app being used for 1h and 6 minutes. That seems strange all things considered, but not impossible.

Everything else, seems like a normal ScreenTime usage time for the apps in question.
