One cup rice flour, half an onion, half a tomato, half a capsicum, 1-2 green chillies, one tablespoon coriander leaves, a teaspoon roasted cumin seeds powder and salt as per taste.

Take a mixing bowl and add rice flour, tomatoes, onion, capsicum, chilli, coriander leaves, and water as required.

Add green chilli, ajwain, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt. Whisk it well to make a smooth batter.

Heat the pan on a medium flame. Lightly grease the pan with cooking oil or ghee for added flavour.

Now add two ladles of batter to the pan and spread it in a thin circle. Cook it well on both sides until golden brown.

Serve the chilla hot with yoghurt or mint chutney. You can also pair it with a pickle or ketchup on the side.

Rice flour is loaded with fibre and antioxidants that help keep you full for longer. It is a low-calorie option that helps in muscle building and aids in weight loss.
