How do you disable copilot in Outlook for iOS? It just appeared in an update and the user agreement says that it can slurp up all of the info it wants. I need to use Outlook for work so have to keep it on my phone. But I don’t want to train Microsoft’s AI for free or at all. Any way to disable it like you can in the desktop versions?

Ask Microsoft, or switch to one of the fine alternatives to Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Or discuss matter this with your employer and their privacy and legal and HR folks, as an employer might not want the risk of collecting problematic data from an employee’s personal device. Who knows what gets uploaded?
