The Health Facilities Regulatory Agency (HeFRA) has congratulated Dr. Winfred Korletey Baah on his appointment as its Acting Registrar.

According to HeFRA, Dr Baah’s appointment is a testament to his outstanding leadership, dedication, and unwavering commitment to the progress and development of Ghana.

As a well-cultured personality and human servant, he has consistently demonstrated the ability to unite diverse groups and contribute to the advancement of national goals, health sector, and assisting the vulnerable ones and society.

With his wealth of experience, Dr Baah has made significant contributions in his previous role as Greater Accra Regional Secretary of the Ghana Medical Association.

His leadership has been instrumental in building capacity and workshops to enhance working ethics, and he has established a great rapport with his workers, inspiring and strengthening them to achieve their goals.

Dr. Baah’s impressive educational background includes being a fellow of the West African College of Physicians and holding a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Ghana.

He also has certificates in Health Administration and Management from GIMPA, Leadership in Health from the University of Washington, and Health Quality systems from Fayoum University in Egypt.
