GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – Thursday was quite the warm day in Green Bay, and it wasn’t just warm, temperatures were historically high for residents.

Record-keeping for temperatures in Green Bay began in 1887, and there have been over 4,200 January days logged including Thursday.

Out of those 4,277 days, only 11 reached 50°F or higher, good for 0.26% of all recorded days.
