Governor Bago, in a congratulatory message signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, described Vatsa as a dogged, courageous, and outspoken politician who had contributed immensely to the political development of the state and the country in general.

As the pioneer publicity secretary of the ruling All Progressive Congress party in the state, the Governor recalled his numerous contributions to the formation, growth, and development of the party in the state and its eventual emergence in 2015 as the ruling party in the state and the country in general.

The Governor also commended the celebrant for his commitment and dedication to service towards the realization of the administration’s “New Niger agenda”.

He pointed out that Vatsa’s quality contributions to national discourse had made him one of the most outspoken APC stalwarts in the country, adding that “you have always stood for the truth and speak the truth no matter who is involved.

“As a foundation member of our great party, your dedication and contributions have greatly enhanced the progress of the party and the development of the state.
