Google Pixel 10 AI Features Leak

An advertisement shoot for the upcoming Google Pixel 10, filmed on a public beach in Vancouver, Canada, has led to an unintentional leak, revealing significant details about the phone's design and potential new AI capabilities. The information surfaced after X user @MarksGonePublic shared behind-the-scenes photos and a storyboard from the professional shoot, which clearly identified the device as the Google Pixel 10.

According to @MarksGonePublic, he "stumbled onto a full-on commercial shoot" for the device. The user noted the presence of a macro probe lens, a Panavision rig, and a crew of over 20 members, all dedicated to filming someone holding the phone. The campaign for the Pixel 10 appears to carry the tagline "Ask more of your phone." The X user also questioned the production's choice of high-end filming equipment, humorously asking, "If the Pixel camera’s so good, why not just use it?"

Although Google has not yet officially announced the Pixel 10, the leaked visuals suggest its design will closely follow that of the Pixel 9 Pro. The images depict two circular sensors, presumed to be a flash and a thermometer sensor, positioned alongside the power button and volume rocker. The camera lenses also appear to be oval-like, maintaining a design continuity with its predecessor.

The leaked storyboards heavily emphasize the camera's capabilities. One storyboard showcased a clean product shot of the Pixel 10, while another seemed to highlight a new camera feature tentatively titled “Add Me.” This suggests that Google continues to prioritize and enhance the photographic and videographic prowess of its Pixel line.

Further supporting the design similarities, the leak also included distant real-world shots of what is believed to be the Pixel 10 Pro. This variant was seen in a black Obsidian finish and, like the standard Pixel 10, echoed the aesthetic of the Pixel 9 Pro.

Considering Google's recent significant announcements regarding its Gemini AI platform at the I/O 2025 conference, it is highly probable that the Pixel 10 will come equipped with advanced generative AI (GenAI) features. These enhancements would likely leverage the new AI models to offer users more sophisticated and integrated AI experiences directly on the device.
