Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen and businessman Obi Cubana top the list of high-profile celebrities who attended the Dubai office launch of Lifecard International Investment Limited.

In a landmark move that underscores Africa’s growing clout in global financial and real estate technology, Lifecard Group, led by Nigerian businesswoman and serial entrepreneur Grace Ofure Ibhakhomu, has officially launched Lifecard Technologies Limited at the prestigious Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

The launch, which was graced by celebrity star Lush Eby, marked the countdown to the unveiling of PlatinumInvest, the world’s first mobile app dedicated solely to Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), scheduled to go live on August 22, 2025.

Speaking at the event, Ibhakhomu described the dual launch as a strategic leap not just for her brand, but for Africa’s position in the global investment ecosystem.
“This is more than a business launch, it is a bold statement that Africa is ready to lead in real estate and fintech,” she said. “With PlatinumInvest, we are democratising access to global property portfolios, powered by AI and designed for everyday investors worldwide,” she said.

The PlatinumInvest app, developed by Lifecard Technologies, is an AI-driven platform that enables users to invest in global REITs without owning or managing physical properties. It allows for fractional, secure, and borderless investment in top-performing real estate assets across multiple continents.

Towards this end, Grace Ofure also announced that Lifecard has partnered with key players in Dubai and other international real estate markets, offering investors access to high-yield property investments. Through Lifecard’s global operations hub in Dubai, qualified investors will also be able to acquire the coveted UAE Golden Visa, a game-changing benefit for those seeking long-term residency and financial leverage in the region.

“Whether you are based in Lagos, London, or Los Angeles, PlatinumInvest puts global real estate wealth at your fingertips,” she added. “We are opening the gates for smart investment with minimal entry barriers.”

To support this momentum, Lifecard University, the group’s educational arm, is also expanding into Dubai. The initiative will offer real estate training, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship development, empowering a new generation of globally-minded investors.

“This is not just an office opening; it is the beginning of a generational wealth movement,” Ofure emphasized. “Lifecard Technologies is here to empower, educate, and elevate Africans and global citizens alike.”

In his goodwill message, Obi Cubana praised Ofure’s vision and tenacity, saying: “What Grace is doing is groundbreaking. We’re proud to support a platform that makes real estate wealth accessible to more people in smarter, tech-enabled ways.”

Football star Victor Osimhen described the launch as “a powerful example of African innovation on the world stage.”

With the Dubai launch, PlatinumInvest rollout, and global partnerships in motion, Lifecard International Investment Limited is set to redefine real estate investment and unlock new wealth frontiers for investors across the world.
