The Regular Season in Regionalliga is slowly approaching the end. But there may be still some important changes in the final standings in the last 3 rounds. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The game had a very big importance for second-ranked SC Wizards as it allowed them to take a leadership position. SC Wizards smashed 6th ranked Reutlingen in Karlsruhe

82-51. SC Wizards shot the lights out from three sinking 13 long-distance shots on high 52.0 percentage. The best player for the winners was Canadian-American power forward Tarig Eisa (203-1998, college: Regis Univ.) who scored 22 points and 9 rebounds. Stefan Ilzhoefer (200-1995) chipped in 6 points and 7 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was point guard Kilian Fischer (184-2002) who recorded 11 points and 4 assists. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. As mentioned above they are alone now at the top position. Reutlingen at the other side keeps the sixth place with nine games lost. Reutlingen will play next round against Saarlouis trying to get back on the winning streak. SC Wizards will try to continue on its current victory against fifteenth ranked Haiterbach on the road.
Very important is a road loss of third ranked Wulfen (18-10) against eleventh ranked Muenster 2 (11-17) on Saturday night. Visiting Wulfen was defeated by Muenster 2 in a tough game in Muenster 76-84. Leader Hagen BG delivered the twenty fourth victory on Saturday night. This time they crushed 11th ranked Leverkusen 2 (10-18) 108-62. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Leverkusen 2. It was a great evening for Nate Ogbu who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 14 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists. Hagen BG's coach Tome Zdravevski felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
