Published 1 month ago19 minute read

There are only two more rounds left in the Regular Season in ProB. The round was exceptionally exciting as three games ended with a tiny margin. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

An interesting game for RheinStars (17-7) which hosted in Koeln 4th ranked Fellbach (15-9). Second ranked

RheinStars managed to get a 5-point victory 77-72. Koeln forced 22 Fellbach turnovers. It was a good game for point guard Rupert Hennen (184-1997) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 10 assists. Jannis Von Seckendorff (204-2002) contributed with 17 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. The former international center Daniel Mayr (218-1995) replied with 14 points and 9 rebounds for Fellbach. Fellbach's coach Kristiyan Borisov rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. RheinStars have a solid three-game winning streak. Koeln maintains second position with 17-7 record having just two points less than leader Leverkusen. Fellbach at the other side keeps the fourth place with nine games lost. Koeln are looking forward to face Coburg (#9) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Fellbach will play against Ehingen (#13) and is hoping to prove to their fans that this time they can win.
ProB top team - Leverkusen (23-1) added another victory to their record. This time they beat sixth ranked Rist Wedel (11-13) 69-61. Worth to mention a quality performance of point guard Luca Finn Kahl (191-1997) who helped to win the game recording 18 points and Donte Nicholas who added 8 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists during the contest. Leverkusen's coach Michael Koch allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Kangaroos have an impressive six-game winning streak. Leitershofen maintains first position with 19-5 record, which they share with Wolmirstedt. Frankfurt Jrs lost sixth consecutive game. They keep the eleventh place with 14 games lost.
