Residents of the Federal Capital Territory have been asked to expect more infrastructural development in the year 2025.

The minister gave the assurance when he received the 2025 Thisday Newspaper and Arise Television Minister of the Year award in Lagos on Monday.

Barrister Wike thanked President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for granting him the opportunity to serve, saying ‘’I want to thank Mr President for giving us the opportunity. If the President did not give us the opportunity, we will not be here to contribute the little we have contributed.

‘’I also want to thank all Nigerians, particularly those who reside in Abuja, for carrying on with their businesses. I want to tell them that this year, 2025 will see more development, more infrastructure and that is what is important for us. We have no time for excuses, time for excuses is gone, this is what the Renewed Hope Agenda is about.”
