Mahyar Ayati, MD, is Ellore’s medical adviser, overseeing strategy and education covering topics from brain health to diabetes. Oakmont cites his expertise in geriatric health and dementia care.

Through an exclusive partnership with Pine Park Health, Ellore offers onsite concierge medicine led by Chief Medical Director Payam Parvinchiha, MD. The concierge services include primary care and specialist care such as dentistry, podiatry, audiology, optometry and therapeutic massage.

“Nearly everything our residents need is provided right here in our wellness suite, giving families peace of mind and residents the freedom to simply live well,” Sato said.

In addition to concierge medicine, Ellore residents have access to an in-house pharmacy; personalized physical, occupational and speech therapy; memory care guided by a “global leader in aging”; spa-inspired treatments; and massage therapy.
