At the heart of EDC’s grandeur is its iconic main stage, the Kinetic Field, which received a dramatic makeover in 2025. Known for its innovative and immersive design, the Kinetic Field outdid itself this year, presenting a futuristic spectacle that encapsulated the theme of the festival. Named after the African philosophy meaning ‘I am because we are,’ the Ubuntu stage was a vibrant celebration of community and unity, perfectly aligning with EDC’s ethos and adding a fresh musical dimension to the festival.

Since 2022, End Overdose has partnered with Insomniac to offer naloxone training and distribute resources at all their festivals and U.S. venues. We had the chance to sit down with Mike Giegerich from the End Overdose team, who walked us through how to properly use the nasal spray—equipping us with the knowledge to potentially save lives not only at EDC but at any festival or event.
