Dyna.AI Expands into Nigeria Through PalmPay Partnership

Dyna.Ai, a Singapore-based AI-as-a-Service company, has officially launched its operations in Nigeria on May 15 with Nigeria Dyna Day. The event featured remarks from Tokoni Peter Igoin, Special Assistant to the President on ICT Development and Digital Innovation, and Olatunbosun Alake, Lagos State Commissioner of Innovation, Science and Technology, along with Dyna.Ai's Chairman and Co-Founder, Tomas Skoumal.

A strategic partnership was announced with PalmPay, a leading digital bank and fintech platform in Nigeria with over 35 million users. The collaboration aims to enhance user experience by improving operational efficiency and streamlining backend processes at PalmPay Nigeria, leveraging Dyna.Ai's AI-powered technologies. Both companies plan to explore further applications of Dyna.Ai's AI solutions across additional markets in Africa.

Dyna.Ai showcased its AI technologies, including AvatarGPT, an AI digital human for interactive experiences, and VoiceGPT, a voice agent that adapts to local English accents and supports local languages like Yoruba, Hausa, and Igbo. These innovations aim to empower customer engagement and employee experience. Skoumal emphasized the company's commitment to nurturing talent in Nigeria, building infrastructure, creating local jobs, and scaling innovation from Nigeria to the rest of Africa.

Dyna.Ai was launched in May 2024 and has expanded into markets across Southeast Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East and Africa. Nigeria Dyna Day marks its first activation on the continent. Dyna.Ai offers AI models, algorithms, AI-human interaction technologies, and big data analytics to deliver AI solutions for business success. PalmPay provides individuals and businesses with tools to send, spend, save, and grow, offering zero-fee transfers, payments, savings, credit, and insurance.
