The program targets investments worth €300 billion by 2027, with €150 billion specifically allocated to Africa.

While in Rome, Dr. Mpango is expected to participate in a series of bilateral and multilateral meetings intended to deepen development cooperation between Tanzania and other participating nations and organizations.

At Julius Nyerere International Airport in Dar es Salaam, Dr. Mpango was seen off by the Italian Ambassador to Tanzania, Giuseppe Coppola, alongside other senior government officials.

Tanzania continues to elevate its role on global development platforms, aligning with the Sixth Phase Government’s agenda of expanding investment opportunities and accelerating socioeconomic transformation for its citizens.
