Wash and soak the rice in one cup of water for one hour. This will remove dirt and impurities from the rice.
Now, boil the rice and mash it for 5-10 minutes until it gets formed into a smooth paste.
Strain the mixture to extract the rice bran. Use a cheesecloth or a mesh sieve to do it.
Now, take a bowl and add rice bran, honey, glycerin, milk, and one vitamin E capsule. Mix it well.
Store the gel in a small container and refrigerate it. Use it for up to 10 days for a glass-like glow on the skin.
