As Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs faces federal charges in a New York court, his luxury mansion in Los Angeles remains on the market without a buyer.Sean Combs listed his 10-bedroom Holmby Hills estate for $61.5 million in September 2024. This happened just one week before his arrest. He had purchased the property in 2014 for $39 million. The listing has now remained open for over 200 days.

The mansion includes 13 bathrooms, a large movie theater, and a guesthouse with a recording studio. It also has a pool with a grotto, a pizza oven and a spa. Still, the features have not led to serious buyer interest.Real estate agents have expressed concern about working with the listing. One unnamed agent said other agents do not want to be linked to the case. The property’s association with Combs is affecting its market performance.

Experts say the asking price is too high given the current situation. One professional called the price unreasonable, especially with the public allegations involved. In March, the listing was briefly removed and later returned with the same price, showing no discount. Most potential buyers have avoided viewing the house. Public association with Combs’ case continues to make the home hard to sell. Cassie Ventura, Combs’ former partner, testified that no incidents occurred at the house, as per reports. Still, the stigma remains.
The mansion was listed in September 2024 for $61.5 million, just one week before Sean Combs’ arrest.

Buyers are avoiding the property due to Sean Combs’ legal troubles and public controversy, which affect its market appeal and price expectations.
