Josephine Kinuche, the former house help to celebrity Diana Marua, has passed on some valuable words of wisdom to the new nannies now working in the Bahati household.

In a recent interview with YouTuber Vickie Vickinah, Josephine opened up about the transition period, revealing that the new nannies had already been employed before her departure.

"Those nannies I know them, I had been seeing them for a long time because even before I left, they had been there. I had to take them through a few things before I left," Josephine shared.

Josephine, having been in the public eye due to her time with the Bahatis, acknowledged the challenges of being in the spotlight.

She advised the new nannies to brace themselves for the scrutiny that comes with working for a celebrity family.

“Just develop thick skin against the haters. Watu lazima waongee na wengine labda hata ndio kitu inawalipa,” she said.

Additionally, Josephine offered guidance on how to thrive and be at peace in the Bahati household.

“The Bahatis are good people as long as you do what is required, but if you misbehave... I know it from Bahati; he is not an easy man to handle,” she warned.

Josephine was one of Diana's best nannies, and at some point, she received a promotion to become her personal assistant.

Josephine’s comments came as Diana Marua recently introduced her new three nannies to the public, though she has yet to disclose their names.

The content creator shared videos on her Insta Stories giving fans a glimpse of her new employees.

The three looked occupied with chores at the couple's spacious kitchen before one took the kids to sleep.

In another video, Diana introduced them while showing off her new Mercedes G-Wagon, where she asked the nannies to blindfold the kids before unveiling the luxury ride.

Fans have speculated that it’s only a matter of time before the new employees are officially revealed, as the Bahatis’ lives are often open books for their loyal supporters.

In other news, Diana's former nanny, Irene Nekesa, urged fans to stop drawing comparisons between her and her former boss.

Irene said she was tired of negative comments. She lamented that people criticised everything she did, from how she walked to how she ate, always linking her to Diana.

She questioned what people expected from her, even jokingly asking if she should leave her rental and move back to the Bahatis.
