Deva Box Office Collection Day 3: Shahid Kapoor recently arrived in theatres with his highly-anticipated actioner and is seeing good growth at the box office. The film, however, had a dull start but over the last two days, it has seen a slight increase in numbers which might do some magic by the end of its first week. Here’s how much Deva earned on Day 3 and its worldwide total so far.

According to industry tracker Sacnilk, Deva earned Rs 7.59 crore on Day 3 (February 2) which is an 18% growth from its Day 2 earnings (Rs 6.4 crore). The film’s India net currently stands at Rs 19.49 crore which makes its worldwide total Rs 25.89 crore. For the unversed, Deva opened at Rs 5.5 crore on 31st January.

Based on Bobby–Sanjay’s Malayalam thriller Mumbai Police, Deva revolves around a hotheaded cop named Dev who is investigating a murder but loses his memory after a bad accident. He can’t remember anything about the case or his past. In flashbacks, we see Dev trying to catch a terrorist, Bhaskar Jadhav, and getting into trouble with a dangerous politician named Apte.

After Dev kills Jadhav, his friend Rohan is shot at an event, and Dev thinks Apte or Jadhav's gang is behind it. Now, even though Dev has memory loss, his friend Farhan asks him to keep investigating the case. As much as this narrative sounds confusing, it is much more thrilling to experience on the big screen.
