David Duchovny, 64, has married his girlfriend, Monique Pendleberry, 31, after dating for nearly six years. The couple sparked marriage rumors when they were seen in Malibu wearing wedding bands on May 20. They have been together since 2017, making occasional public appearances, such as in New York City in September 2024, at a Los Angeles Lakers game in January 2024, and at the premiere of Duchovny’s Netflix movie You People in 2023.

Duchovny was previously married to Téa Leoni from 1997 to 2014. They share two children: daughter West, 26, and son Kyd, 22. Despite a brief split in 2008, Leoni, 59, and Duchovny remained amicable and continued to co-parent their children. Leoni expressed her continued affection for Duchovny, emphasizing their shared love for their children. "David gave me the two greatest gifts on the planet," Leoni said in a 2014 interview, acknowledging the importance of their children and their commitment to them.

Duchovny echoed Leoni’s sentiments, stating that they would “always be connected and be there for each other.” He has also reflected on the challenges of balancing his acting career with fatherhood, admitting to feeling “inadequate” at times due to his busy schedule. In a June 2024 interview, Duchovny shared his thoughts on parenting, saying, "Maybe I was a good parent, because my kids are great people, and they probably want to think of me as a good parent, too.”
