Daisy Edgar-Jones Nails Jorts And A Nice Top At Glasto | British Vogue

Published 7 hours ago1 minute read

Daisy Edgar-Jones really ramped things up on the fashion front over the past year. It was while doing press for her film Twister last summer that the star shook off the last of vestiges of her girl-next-door image, blazing onto the red carpet in the briefest of dresses, topped off with ’70s-inflected curtain bangs that inspired more than one member of team Vogue to get a fringe.

Working with stylist Dani Michelle, Edgar-Jones became one of Chemena Kamali’s new Chloé girls, doing press in a babydoll mini with her nostalgic kitten-heel clogs, and nipping out for coffee wearing diaphanous ruffled separates that exemplified the designer’s search for “undone-ness and freedom and softness and movement”.

Speaking of freedom, Edgar-Jones is right now off-duty at Glastonbury, and honestly, where better to lean into the boho-fication of her wardrobe? The actor has kicked things off in a classic festival combo, jorts and Hunter wellies (still a festival style staple more than 20 years after Kate Moss essentially invented the concept), adding a touch of luxe with a skinny Gucci belt and a feminine lace-trimmed cami. Stay tuned to see if the star recreates her Apple dance when Charli xcx performs on the Other Stage later tonight.
