Lapin further explained that another important aspect of the Cove General Time Industrial Park Opportunity 84 DST is that it provides investors the possibility of using the 721 Exchange rollup as a fully optional exit strategy.

This full optionality benefit allows investors to participate in the 721 UPREIT if they choose to do so and at their discretion.
