A Kano High Court No. 23 sitting in Rano LGA of Kano State has remanded a man over armed robbery charges.
The suspect, one Emmanuel and his friend still at large, allegedly snatched a motorbike from one Yusuf Rabi’u sometime in 2024.
Prosecuting Counsel, Barr. Amina Musa, preferred charges against the suspect that included conspiracy to commit crime and armed robbery to which he pleaded not guilty.
The prosecution asked for time for witness testimony which the defence counsel, Barr. Auwal Ringing didn’t object.
Justice Halima Nasir ordered the remand of the suspect till June 26 for continuation.
