LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The Pulaski County Circuit and County Clerk’s office have been unable to provide their typical services since Thursday because of technical difficulties with their computer systems.

For nearly a week, signs have hung on the doors of the offices inside the building, stating there is a temporary service disruption.

During this time, they have been unable to issue marriage licenses or process voter registration and have limited ability to record documents.

The technical difficulties have been making it hard for customers, like Ana Rivera, to get things done.

“They just told me the computers weren’t working, and I have to come back. They didn’t tell me when I could come back. But I just have to come back to get the certified copy of what I need,” Rivera said.

Rivera said she’s not sure when to try again, but she’s hoping it’s soon.

“That way we don’t have to just sit here and keep coming back or calling in to see when the computers are running back up,” Rivera said.
