Complex Travel Group has acquired Perth-based VIP concierge service, The Well Connected Traveller, which caters to frequent flyers.

Along with the acquisition, Complex Travel also unveiled its new service, Flat Beds Rewards Travel, which aims to provide clients with tailored advice on maximising the use of AMEX Membership Rewards or frequent flyer points for booking business and first-class seats.

Mark Trim, Managing Director of Complex Travel Group, highlighted the significance of these changes: “These developments mark an exciting new chapter that enables us to provide a truly unique ‘best of both worlds’ service.

“We’re blending our expertise in paid fares with The Well Connected Traveller’s deep knowledge of optimising reward programs, especially AMEX Membership Rewards.”

Trim added that this combination will allow them to meet the growing demand for expert assistance in maximising reward points and extend their services beyond advice, offering complete booking support.

In addition, Jodie Land, the former owner of The Well Connected Traveller, has been appointed as the new General Manager of Reward Travel. Both Complex Travel Group and The Well Connected Traveller are members of the exclusive Link Travel Group.
