Chappell Roan Wears Toothy GCDS Morso Knee-High Boots at Rick Owens' Fall 2025 Show in Paris
Chappell Roan was spotted attending Rick Owens‘ fall 2025 show held today in Paris.
The “Good Luck Babe” songstress took to the front row in a dramatic pair of GCDS knee-high boots. The sharp Morso silhouette currently retails for $916 and features glossy black coated fabric uppers accompanied by sharp pointed toes and wedge heels sculpted to look like ultra-sharp shark teeth or an animal’s toothy jaw opening to growl. Leather soles rounded out the set, giving the shoe a non-slip feel. Zipper closures could be seen up the sides.

The shoe is fearsome and iconic all in one, having debuted during the brand’s fall 2022 collection. The Italian label recently extended its Morso line to include patent leather boots and thong sandals fixed with the recognizable toothy wedge heel. The color range of the Morso silhouette was also extended to include silhouettes with gold accents and even a full pastel pink style.
Partnered with her over-the-top footwear, the “Femininomenon” singer sported a metallic silver Rick Owens gown. The chosen garment was futuristic and utilitarian, featuring a boxy shape in a maxi length with a strapless top and geometric cut-out detailing on the bodice.

The piece was crafted of a high-shine fabric that form-fit to Roan’s body. Accompanying her metallic wears, the musician wore white and black graphic face paint, a spin on her signature clown-esque makeup, accompanied by unique pierced nails.
Roan’s footwear style is whimsical and striking. The “Hot To Go” songstress tends to wear colorful knee-high boots and platform heels from top brands like Givenchy, Thom Browne, Marc Jacobs, Dior, Lane, Courréges and John Fluevog, among others. For her stage looks and more casual occasions, the performer tends to wear flat shoes like cowboy boots or sneakers from brands like Adidas, Steve Madden, Collina Strada, Ugg and Sonia Rykiel.
