witnessed the celebrity contestants gearing up for a new challenge. As part of a team challenge, they were tasked with exploring international street food flavors, with their fans tasting and judging their dishes. However, there was another surprise in store for the celebrity contestants, especially

Gaurav Khanna

as his wife made a

surprise visit

on the show and the couple enjoying a date.
The celebrities were divided into teams. Tejasswi and Gaurav were paired together and had to make Indonesian street food, Nikki Tamboli on the other hand formed a team with Faisu aka Faisal Shaikh and they had to make Dutch street food and Rajiv Adatia and Archana Gautam's team were given British style street food.
During, the show after the celebrity contestants were done cooking their cuisines, Farah Khan announced that Gaurav has a super fan on the show. He was asked to close his eyes and he thought that the team had planned a prank with him, but to his surprise his wife

Akanksha Chamola

made a surprise appearance on the show. Dressed in a blue short dress, Akanksha looked pretty and Gaurav beamed with joy seeing her on the show, he hugged her passionately.
After meeting Gaurav, Akanksha straight away went and hugged Tejasswi Prakash and Gaurav informed everyone that they were best friends and had even acted together in a show. However, Akanksha and Tejasswi both correct him that are still best friends and were girlfriends earlier.

When Farah Khan asks Akanksha how long it has been since she last met her husband, Akanksha replies that it’s right after New Year's. The filmmaker then jokingly remarks that this is why they both look so happy.
Akanksha quickly mentions, "Nahi mujhe lagta hai Nikki ke hote hue Gaurav mujhe miss nahi kar raha hoga. Nikki is doing my part. I actually want to tell you... woh jitna usse sata rahi hai...I love you."
Gaurav then informs Akanksha how Farah Khan keeps asking him about his patience level. He says, "Farah ma'am mujhe humesha poochti rehti hai Gaurav itna patience kahan se laate ho, main unko kya bataun 8 saal se patience sikh raha hoon." Farah Khan adds that's the reason they both are looking so happy. Akanksha agrees with him. Ranveer Brar jokingly asks which cooking night school does Gaurav goes to and Akanksha says, "Ye shaadi ke baad belan se joh maar maar ke maine joh sikhaya hai..ye lao woh loa bus usika natija hai."
Gaurav shares that all the people who get married in love marriage set-up eventually learn how to cook. Both chef Vikas and Ranveer praise Gaurav's journey and Ranveer mention that out of all celebrity contestants Gaurav's journey has been the most impressive one. He mentions that after giving his commitment to the show, he has never gone back on it. Farah mentions that they remember Gaurav for his stubborn behaviour and how now the entire world knows. She asks Akanksha if Gaurav is same in real-life and she says that he is very resilient, extremely passionate and determined, once he has decided on doing something he will do it no matter what.
Akanksha says, "When it comes to relationship, marriage, or decision making if he has decided he will do it."
Vikas Khanna also praises him and says how Gaurav started from nothing and today he is break coming everything. He calls it amazing.
The judges ask him to serve his dish first to his wife and they go on a date with Farah, Vikas and Ranveer disturbing them. Akanksha couldn't stop praising Gaurav's dish and even kisses him on his cheek.
Gaurav in his behind-the-scenes interview reveals that he was very relieved by Akanksha's surprise visit and he was missing the female energy which he got because of his wife.
