Celebrities and Royals Attend Wimbledon 2025 Kick-Off

The prestigious Wimbledon tournament, a highlight of the season for both tennis enthusiasts and celebrity watchers, once again drew an array of famous faces and British royals to its hallowed courts. Running from June 30 to July 13, 2025, Wimbledon stands out among the four major tennis Grand Slams (including the Australian, French, and US Opens) for its distinct and unmatched persona, characterized by its traditional all-white dress code for players and the impeccably chic courtside fashion of its attendees. This year’s event continued to uphold its reputation for elegant sartorial displays, featuring a star-studded lineup in their crisp linens, sundresses, and preppy attire.

Among the notable attendees spotted on day one were Hollywood stars, sports legends, and members of the Royal Family. Actress Jessica Alba and her daughter Honor Warren made a stylish appearance, with the mother-daughter duo seen in matching shades of blue floral dresses, just days after attending Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez Bezos' wedding. They were joined by English singer and TV host Rochelle Humes.

Aussie star Isla Fisher brought a touch of summer to the event, donning a floral- and lemon-print dress on day one. Actor Jason Isaacs, known for his roles in Harry Potter and The White Lotus, was also photographed courtside, opting for a charcoal suit. Isaacs was seen chatting with Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, who made her first appearance in the Royal Box in over 30 years—her last being in 1988 alongside the late Princess Diana. Ferguson, dressed in a green floral sundress, was accompanied by her eldest daughter, Princess Beatrice of York, who chose a pinstripe structured sundress with white floral embellishments.

Another royal, Lady Gabriella Kingston, made a rare public appearance, seated with philanthropist and entrepreneur Robert Denning. She kept cool with a handheld fan amidst the British heatwave.

Sir David Beckham, recently knighted by King Charles III, continued a cherished family tradition by attending day one of the tournament with his mother, Sandra Beckham. The mother-son duo, who have maintained this tradition for over a decade, were spotted in the Royal Box conversing with former English football manager Sir Gareth Southgate, who also received a knighthood as part of the King's Birthday Honours list. David Beckham later shared a selfie on Instagram with former Russian tennis pro Maria Sharapova, who was also in attendance.

Other celebrities gracing the event included Ronan Keating and his wife Storm, who looked
