is 's next big project that is currently in full production. As of now, they have shared a teaser trailer showcasing Ciri as the protagonist for the next major title of the Witcher series. Aside from that, CD Projekt Red had also announced that the upcoming game is being built on Unreal Engine 5.

Recently, CD Projekt Red has revealed that they will be showcasing more innovative technologies and features behind the Witcher 4 game in ' State of Unreal showcase event. The State of Unreal showcase event will kick off at 9:30 AM ET / 3:30 PM CEST on June 3, 2025.

The State of Unreal is Epic Games' major event, which aims at showcasing games made on their Unreal Engine. In State of Unreal 2024, Epic Games showcased Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra as the big project being built on Unreal Engine 5. Now, in the upcoming State of Unreal 2025, Epic Games and CD Projekt Red are coming together to showcase their upcoming The Witcher 4 and the magic behind the newest entrant to the Witcher series.

Through their official X account, CD Projekt Red stated, "We'll be coming together with Unreal Engine to present during the State of Unreal. We’re looking forward to showcasing some of the innovative technology & features that will power The Witcher 4 and beyond. Join us at Unreal Fest at 9:30 AM ET | 3:30 PM CEST on June 3, 2025".

While CD Projekt Red has not revealed any further information on what they are planning to showcase in State of Unreal 2025, we can expect to see some gameplay or related features being showcased like last year's Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra. Moreover, they might also share some details on their future projects, which include the most awaited Cyberpunk sequel.
