A person was killed in a motor vehicle crash Friday in Dix Hills, and Commack Road is closed in both directions between Euclid Avenue and Julia Circle while officers investigate, the Suffolk County Police Department said.
The crash was reported around 9 a.m., the police press office said in an email.
No other details were immediately provided.
