Simplicity Car Care is bringing to the U.S. the franchise model it scaled to more than 100 locations since its founding in 2017.

Simplicity Car Care, a fast-growing Canada-based collision repair franchisor, announced its expansion into the U.S. with the launch of a separate brand, Clarity Car Care.

Clarity Car Care will bring the same values, operational consistency and customer-first mindset that has helped Simplicity grow to more than 100 locations in Canada since its founding in 2017.

The new MSO will focus on creating strong partnerships with insurers, supporting franchise operators and introducing a modern, simplified repair journey for consumers.

“From streamlined intake to clear communication and timely delivery, every aspect of the experience is designed to reduce complexity and delight customers,” the company said in a news release.

The U.S. expansion will be led by Simplicity Car Care President , who will oversee the strategy and growth plan with the support of its U.S.-based team, as Clarity Car Care expands in key regions.

Simplicity Car Care CEO explained the name “Simplicity” was already trademarked in the U.S. by another organization. To avoid confusion among consumers, the company “decided to take advantage of this opportunity to start with something fresh in a brand-new marketplace.”

“The launch of Clarity Car Care in the U.S. marks an exciting new chapter in our growth journey,” said Prochilo. “We’re proud to bring our unique value proposition to a broader market and continue transforming the car care industry across North America. We believe there’s a real opportunity to support collision repairers with a modern platform that drives performance at scale.”

Clarity Car Care will bring a scalable model that supports both independent collision repairers and large-scale partners with the resources they need to thrive.

“This expansion is an extension of the foundation we’ve built alongside our franchisees, employees and customers,” Ieraci said. “A stronger, more diversified platform allows us to greatly improve our value proposition on both sides of the border.

“We are advocates for independent collision repairers and have a deep understanding of the many challenges they face in their business,” Ieraci added. “I’m proud of the work we’ve done to help so many collision repairers that were feeling stuck or not sure how to navigate in this complex and ever-changing environment. Our team of ‘Simplifiers’ have made a significant impact on the lives of our franchisees by enhancing their business and helping them create a better quality of life.”
