Some people grab coffee in the morning. Others wake up and dunk their faces into bowls of ice water.

YouTube star

Jimmy Donaldson, aka

MrBeast

, joined

fitness influencer

Ashton Hall for exactly that—taking Hall's extreme 3AM morning routine for a chaotic spin. Yeah, the same

Ashton Hall

who became an instant meme for waking up when the rest of us are busy scrolling TikTok in bed.
Let's just say, seeing MrBeast submerged in Saratoga ice water at an ungodly hour is exactly the type of Internet insanity we signed up for.

The viral video—fast-paced, sharply edited, and dripping with Internet irony—starts with the two influencers at exactly 3:53am. Ashton Hall kicks things off with his trademark icy facial plunge. MrBeast, never one to shy away from chaos, dives in headfirst (literally).

Next, they're sprinting on treadmills, pumping chest and arm workouts at 4am, and at exactly 5:07am, they're on the basketball court. This is no casual shootaround—MrBeast and Ashton Hall keep going for over three hours, finishing at precisely 8:32am.
Before all this, Ashton Hall was a running back at First Coast High School and later had brief NFL dreams crushed when he got cut by the Baltimore Ravens in 2010. He pivoted hard into fitness influencing, turning his discipline (or obsession, depending who you ask) into viral content. "My ultimate dream was to make it to the NFL – from the age of five to 23. At 23, I realised that wasn’t happening, God had different plans," Hall told the Daily Mail.
Well, those plans apparently involved Saratoga water and absurdly timed workouts.

Within hours, MrBeast's version of Ashton Hall’s routine exploded online, gathering over 1.2 million views. And obviously, the comments section didn't disappoint. One fan simply summed it up as "bruh they dragging it now" while another commented, "bro not built for this shit."
Let’s be honest, watching MrBeast and Ashton Hall grunt through extreme chest reps and basketball marathons at dawn is peak Internet chaos—exactly why we're here.
Of course, MrBeast knew exactly what he was doing. His X post announcing the collab read: "Got the main himself to do the morning routine with me." It's no wonder people keep hitting replay.

While Ashton Hall is busy becoming the Internet’s favorite meme, things aren't all organic bananas and bougie ice baths for him. On March 24, the influencer gossip pages lit up when an alleged eviction notice went viral on X. Turns out, the Brickell Flatiron Condominium Association wants Hall gone, accusing him of illegally subletting the luxury Miami apartment and cloning a key fob to grant others access to building amenities.
Instagram page @ballerbusters matched the apartment in question to Hall’s viral routine videos, noting its wild $17,000/month rental cost and $2.5 million value. Ouch.
Fans immediately went savage in the comments:
"He didn’t have paying rent in his routine."
"Nothing a sparkling ice bath can’t fix."
"Bro was seen packing up a suitcase filled with bananas and spring water."
Hall hasn't responded yet—but the jokes write themselves.

If the morning routine wasn't enough, Ashton Hall just dropped his nighttime ritual too, and it's every bit as ridiculous. A 20-minute outdoor ice bath, followed by an indoor hot bath with candlelight ambiance and food delivered by what looks suspiciously like a private chef.
Then comes the infamous banana peel facial (obviously) and Hall brushing his teeth by 6pm. By 7, he's in bed, reading Bible verses and telling his followers:
"Bad decisions are made late at night. Go to sleep."
Okay, Ashton, we get it. You're disciplined. But at this point, it feels like he’s just baiting the memes—and we're absolutely here for it.

Ashton Hall first went viral with his six-hour morning routine video, getting over 157 million views. His now-famous caption preached that 4am to 8am is prime productivity time—mainly because everyone else is asleep. Later, addressing his meme status, Hall flexed his philosophy:
"God led me into this path and wanted me to lead, not follow." He even threw shade at copycats in another post, saying: "You’re either going to be a leader or a follower, and it’s okay to be either one, but you have to choose. If you’re going to be a leader, people are going to follow you."
Whatever your take is, Hall’s viral hustle and MrBeast’s fearless collab prove one thing—the Internet can't resist watching these guys turn routines into viral gold.
