BNXN, Dope Ceaser and Saga have been selected to represent the country at the first-ever AfroExchange, a cultural platform launched by Johnnie Walker.

Inspired by the brand’s iconic ‘Keep Walking’ ethos, AfroExchange is designed to celebrate Africa’s vibrant creativity by connecting top talents in music, art, fashion, and storytelling.

The initiative will bring together artistes and innovators from two African cities at a time, kicking off with Lagos and Johannesburg.

The Lagos send-off event, which doubled as the official campaign unveiling, gathered friends, collaborators, and media to celebrate the three Nigerian ambassadors.

The lively affair highlighted the cultural synergy between Nigeria and South Africa through music, engaging discussions, and an electrifying atmosphere.

At the main event in Johannesburg on June 28, Team Nigeria (BNXN, Dope Caesar, and Saga) will go head-to-head with top South African talents, showcasing the best of African creativity.

Ifeoma Agu, group head of culture, influencer and advocacy at Diageo south, west and central Africa, shared her excitement about the initiative.

“At Johnnie Walker, we believe in celebrating those who challenge convention, shift culture and shape what’s next. Johnnie Walker AfroExchange represents a powerful evolution in how we engage with culture as a brand,” she said.

“We believe in championing progress through this platform as we are investing in voices, stories and innovations driving the Afrocultural movement forward. It is a cultural bridge that pays tribute to Africa’s bold creators – a space for connection, creative experimentation, influence and cultural pride.”

The inaugural edition will spotlight the dynamic cultural exchange between Lagos and Johannesburg, with the Lagos leg set to take place later this year.
