And just like that, the time has come for the grand conclusion of yet another edition of the beloved reality show Bigg Boss. , Bigg Boss 18 concludes today after an eventful journey spanning 105 days. Adding a touch of glitz and glamour to the event, Bollywood icons Aamir Khan and Akshay Kumar are set to attend the Bigg Boss 18 grand finale.
Hosted by Salman Khan, the season began with 23 housemates and has now narrowed down to six finalists, who will face off one last time on Sunday to claim the coveted Bigg Boss trophy. The finalists include television actors Vivian Dsena, Karan Veer Mehra, Eisha Singh, and Avinash Mishra, along with model-activist Chum Darang and fitness influencer Rajat Dalal.
Although actor Shilpa Shirodkar, sister of Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu’s wife Namrata Shirodkar, was a strong contender for a spot in the finale, she was eliminated just four days before the grand event. Art director Omung Kumar announced her exit after she garnered the lowest votes. Despite her disappointment, Shilpa, in an , described her time on the show as the best journey of her life.
The finale of Bigg Boss 18 will air on Colors TV at 9.30 pm tonight. The show will likely go on for two and a half to three hours, before culminating with the announcement of the season’s grand champion around midnight. Audiences can also stream the live episode on Jio Cinema and Jio TV. The winner of Bigg Boss 18 will reportedly receive a cash prize of Rs 50 lakh in addition to the coveted trophy.
In the (Bigg Boss: Dil, Dimaag aur Dum Ka Game), comedian and rapper Munawar Faruqui had claimed the title, with actor Abhishek Kumar finishing as the runner-up. The other finalists were actors Mannara Chopra and Ankita Lokhande, and influencer and gamer Arun Srikanth Mashettey.
