Best Blackstone Dessert Recipes: 6 You Have to Try
So we’ve had our Blackstone griddle for a while now, and I recently discovered it’s not just for breakfast and dinner. My kids have been bugging me to make dessert on it (because of some TikTok they saw), so I went on a search for the best Blackstone dessert recipes to try. After some trial and error, I’ve found a few recipes that actually work really well.
There’s something about cooking dessert outside that feels more exciting and fun, but beware: it can get kind of messy. Maybe we’ll share some Blackstone cleaning tips in a future post, because you’ll probably need them for these recipes.
I’ve narrowed it down to six desserts that are easy to make and mostly use ingredients that you probably already have on hand. (To give you a little preview: several of these are based around the concept of s’mores, because it works so well with the Blackstone.)
Let’s get to it!
When your backyard feels like it needs a campfire vibe, but you’re not looking to start one. Simple, nostalgic, zero smoke, and always a kid favorite.

Perfect alternative to real s’mores because you get that amazing s’more flavor in sandwich form (which also makes it easier to make on a Blackstone).

Another fun twist on a s’more classic. Slightly more upscale, visually fun, and easier to serve. These are sooo good.

Takes grown-up flair with flambéed brandy, but still tame enough for a family table. Plus, caramel + ice cream = delicious combo.

Combines the magic of Bananas Foster with French toast. So satisfying any time of day.

No need to assemble packets or any kind of sandwich, just dig right in. Good for large groups and perfect for dipping fruit, graham crackers, or cookies.
