Tell us three things about yourself . . .

Richie: I once fell from a ladder while working in Australia and suffered a fractured skull and brain haemorrhage, resulting in me forgetting how to speak properly for a period. I also forgot my own date of birth and told the doctors it was the twenteenth (not a typo) of November. It's actually the 5 April.

Carl is an avid golfer and chips 200 balls a day from his patio into a bucket. His best score is 11 so far.

Stephen moved to Scotland to pursue a career in ethical hacking but has since returned to Dublin to take his place in the band.

How would you describe your music?

We are an indie/folk rock band. We try to write music that WE would like to listen to; guitars, melodies, harmonies and a good sing-along. There's nothing better than being in a crowd and everyone singing along in unison to a song they all love. Energy!

Who are your musical inspirations?

Richie: Ocean Colour Scene. I grew up listening to Fowler singing and Craddock on guitar. Chemistry in the band is second to none. Also love Damien Dempsey. He is a legend.

What was the first gig you ever went to?

Richie: First gig was Ocean Colour Scene in the Olympia Theatre, just magic! I had a white jumper on and spilled a pint of Beamish down the front of it, not a care in the world, belting out Riverboat Song, pints everywhere!

What was the first record you ever bought?

Brian: The first album I bought was Killers by Iron Maiden. I bought some leather pants off the back of that and let's just say I only wore them once.

What's your favourite song right now?

Stephen: Real Love by Willie Watson.

Favourite lyric of all time?

Richie: Favourite lyrics of all time, a very difficult question, so I'll give two. A Pirate’s Life by We Cut Corners. "The greatest romance would end with the minimum fuss, You live by the sword and you're hit by a bus, You live by the river and drown in the sea".

Ocean Colour Scene: Tele He's Not Talking, "Tele deals the cards and draws an ace, And finds himself miles away, Where skies ain't bruised by towers and fumes".

If you could only listen to one song for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Carl: Waterfall by The Stone Roses. I'm just dancing all the time, and this tune gives me energy every time.

Where can people find your music/more information?
