Baltimore weather: Mild conditions before chance of snow Wednesday
Temperatures are predicted to be mild before rain and snow could move back into the Baltimore area, according to the National Weather Service.
The high Tuesday will reach 52 with mostly sunny conditions. The wind will be blustery with gusts as high as 31 mph.

Punxsutawney Phil predicted six more weeks of winter Sunday for Groundhog Day, and he is looking correct as far as midweek goes.
A wintry mix is expected Wednesday with a 40% chance of snow before 4 p.m. before turning into sleet. The high in the afternoon is forecast to reach 36.
There is more freezing rain and sleet in the evening forecast with a low around 31. The chance of precipitation is 100%, and ice accumulation could reach 0.1 to 0.2 of an inch.
Rain should move into the area before 1 p.m. Thursday with a 100% chance. Winds could gust as high as 20 mph, and the high is predicted to be near 42.
The evening will also likely be wet with a chance of rain before 1 a.m. and a low around 39.
The sun is anticipated to shine to end the workweek Friday, with warmer temperatures and a high around 50. Friday night is expected to be mostly cloudy, with a low around 29.
The potential for rain and snow returns Saturday with a 50% chance of precipitation, a daytime high near 40 and a low around 35 overnight.
