AYANA Bali is thrilled to announce a remarkable transformation at two of its most renowned properties: AYANA Villas Bali and AYANA Resort Bali. This revitalization ushers in a new era for the island’s largest integrated resort, merging cutting-edge design with enduring Balinese aesthetics to offer guests a more immersive, sustainable, and meaningful stay.

Nestled atop the stunning limestone cliffs of Jimbaran Bay, with sweeping vistas of the Indian Ocean, AYANA Villas now stands as the pinnacle of luxury within AYANA Bali’s prestigious collection. The transformation also extends to the upgraded AYANA Resort, while AYANA Segara and RIMBA by AYANA provide a comprehensive range of options, creating a four-tiered experience that caters to diverse guest preferences. The redesign was spearheaded by SPIN Design Studio, a distinguished Tokyo-based firm renowned for blending traditional Balinese style with contemporary flair, ensuring meticulous attention to detail while honoring local cultural heritage.

The overhaul at AYANA Villas introduces a fresh vision across three villa types: the One-Bedroom Ocean View Villa, One-Bedroom Ocean Front Villa, and the Two-Bedroom Ocean Front Villa.

Each One-Bedroom Villa spans 500 square meters and boasts expansive living spaces, serene marble bathrooms, and uninterrupted views, whether through lush tropical gardens or directly over the striking cliffside leading to the ocean below. The Two-Bedroom Ocean Front Villa, covering 530 square meters, is ideal for families or small groups, offering spacious indoor-outdoor living areas, a private pool, and stylish open-air gazebos for the ultimate in comfort and privacy. Across all newly revamped villas, large sliding glass doors allow ample natural light and fresh air, reducing the need for artificial lighting and cooling, while each villa features a 27-square-meter private pool—perfect for unwinding at sunrise or sunset.

The two-bedroom option at AYANA Villas is particularly ideal for families or groups, offering expansive indoor and outdoor living spaces, private pools, and beautiful gazebos. The 52 sqm One-Bedroom Ocean View, Resort View, and Jimbaran Bay Rooms boast elegant marble flooring, handcrafted wooden details, and bathrooms designed with a spa-like ambiance.
